Terms of Service

Jumi Studio is an AI-powered storytelling and creation workflow. The Service may help users develop story ideas, characters, locations, scripts, storyboards, cinematic shots, prompts, images, videos, voice, audio, and other creative outputs.

The Service may use multiple AI models and third-party providers for different creative tasks, including story reasoning, prompt writing, image generation, image-to-video creation, cinematic video generation, voice generation, and related features.

Jumi Studio may currently be offered as a beta, early access, invite-only, or experimental product.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, or changed at any time. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, model option, pricing plan, credit system, or access method without notice.

We do not guarantee that beta features will become generally available.

You may need an account, invite code, or approved access to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service, or used the Service in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive way.

"User Content" means any content you submit, upload, or provide to the Service, including story ideas, prompts, scripts, character descriptions, location descriptions, images, videos, audio, references, and project files.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the Service, you grant EyeDream LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and modify User Content as necessary to provide, operate, improve, secure, and support the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to submit your User Content to the Service and to allow EyeDream LLC, our service providers, and applicable third-party AI model providers to process your User Content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, likeness right, contractual right, or other right of any person or entity.

If you use the Service to modify, remix, reference, or build upon any third-party content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to do so.

"Output" means any content generated through the Service, including text, prompts, storyboards, images, videos, voice, audio, and related creative materials.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party model terms, you may use Outputs you generate through the Service.

Due to the nature of AI systems, Outputs may not be unique. The Service may generate the same or similar outputs for other users, especially when users submit similar prompts, references, styles, or creative directions. Outputs generated for other users are not your Outputs.

Outputs may also be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using, publishing, distributing, or commercializing them. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of Outputs complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, platform rules, and any third-party model provider terms.

Jumi Studio may integrate or rely on third-party AI models, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and other services.

Third-party model availability, speed, quality, pricing, limits, safety behavior, privacy practices, output behavior, and usage restrictions may change at any time. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, reliability, performance, accuracy, legality, pricing, restrictions, or output quality of any third-party model, API, infrastructure provider, payment processor, analytics tool, or other third-party service.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to third-party terms, policies, and usage restrictions. We are not responsible for losses, delays, failed generations, output limitations, account restrictions, or additional costs caused by third-party services.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or platform policy.
• Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to copy, remix, modify, reference, or generate content based on third-party materials in a way that infringes or violates any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, contractual, or other rights.
• Create unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, exploitative, or deceptive content.
• Create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or harms children.
• Create misleading deepfakes, impersonations, or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm others.
• Create, imitate, clone, or generate the voice, likeness, image, identity, or persona of another person without the necessary rights, permissions, and consent.
• Generate malware, phishing content, spam, scams, or other malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass, or interfere with the Service or its safety systems.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by copying Jumi Studio's interface, workflow, system design, or proprietary features.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe these rules have been violated.

Jumi Studio, EyeDream LLC, and our logos, names, designs, interfaces, software, workflows, systems, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by EyeDream LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand, software, design system, model routing logic, product workflows, or other proprietary materials, except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service unless we give you written permission.

If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. We may use feedback to improve Jumi Studio or develop new features.

Jumi Studio may offer free access, paid plans, subscriptions, usage-based credits, or other payment options.

If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, credits, limits, refunds, and cancellation terms will be described at the time of purchase or in the product.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing, plans, credits, or model availability at any time, but changes will not affect already completed transactions unless otherwise stated.

Jumi Studio is a creative tool. Outputs are generated by AI and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, professional, or factual advice.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

We do not guarantee the quality, legality, originality, copyright status, commercial suitability, or platform acceptance of any Output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeDream LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeDream LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. If you have not paid us for the Service, we will not be liable for monetary damages related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EyeDream LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

Your use of the Service.

Your User Content.

Your use or distribution of Outputs.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the Service in a way that may expose us or others to liability.

After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be handled in the courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
